Vegetables
There are a number of legal, let alone socially acceptable, activities with vegetables in public.
Vegetarian
- Vegetable Lasagne - You'll never go back to meat! Well, you probably will, but you'll not really miss it in this rich lasagne.
- Mushroom Canneloni - Don't be scared of Canneloni - it's not that hard to work with!
- Courgette Cream Pasta - Creamy, rich with green bits. Very nice...
- Lentil Loaf - Hippies! Students! Eat this!
- Cauliflower Cheese - Oozy, unctuous, irresponsibly creamy. Woof woof!
Real men DO eat quiche!
- Mushroom Quiche - Richer than Croesus, more alive.
- Courgette and Almond Quiche - Oh dear oh dear. Tastier than Jerry Cornelius
- Rich Salmon Quiche - Yes, I know Salmon's not a vegetable. But do carrots have feelings?
The Humble Spud
- Parmesan Mash - Mashed potato and parmesan. Highly recommended.
- German Potatoes - Imagine pommes dauphinoise and boulangere in head to head crash...
- Truffado - A recipe that's as French as the Maginot line, but infinitely more useful.
