Pineapple Salad

A nice number for barbecues or to serve with a tartlet starter.

Ingredients

• 1 cucumber, chopped
• Small bulb Fennel, chopped
• 1 baby pineapple, cored and chopped
• ½ tsp mustard powder
• Juice ½ lemon
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp vinegar
• 1 tsp brown sugar

Now for the difficult part. In a roomy bowl, mix everything together and serve.
