Fruitee

Makes 1 glass

This recipe is a steal and so came with the name attached. I've tried to think of something better but failed consistently. Which is a shame.

Ingredients

• ½ peach, chopped
• 4 cherries, stoned
• 4 strawberries, halved
• 1 tea bag
• 250ml water
• 2 tsp honey
• Small piece cassia

Boil the water, pour it on the teabag in a glass along with the cassia and the honey. Remove the teabag after a minute and leave to cool. Remove the cassia, then whiz with the fruit and lots of ice.
